How can I be sure a property has been rennovated legally?

You must check the land registry records. We have experienced staff for this, or alternatively use your legal representative.

Do you do rental properties?

We are the market leaders with respect to rental properties within Calvià, Capdellá and Son Font but also branch out further and cover all areas of South-West Mallorca. Jude Morgan is in charge of rentals within GC Property and will help with all rental enquiries.

Can you arrange mortgages?

We have direct access to an independent mortgage broker who will tailor a solution directly to your needs.

Can you arrange valuations for the property?

We are in constant contact with all of the main valuers and can give you advice on who is the best to use in our opinion. We will also liase with them directly as well for your ease and peace of mind.
